Why I started Breexio

Founded in Lille in 2021, Breexio was born from a simple observation: organisations do not lack recommendations, they lack systems that run. Between the audit report and the result in production lies a craft: engineering. It is ours.

We work across the whole chain: infrastructure, data, AI, product. Our own products are the proof: digitalyser.io is designed and operated on the very practices we recommend to our clients.

Across more than ten years of engagements (Decathlon, Air Austral, Mediarithmics, NeoNotario), one constant: I arrived as a software engineer, and the teams handed me the tech lead role on their project. Almost every time.

Not because I know everything. Because I take the time to identify, in depth, the problem the solution is meant to solve, before writing the first line. Too many systems I inherited rested on fixes stacked under pressure: no conventions, no maintainability, no vision. It works for six months. After that, every change costs more than the last.

Breexio was born from that repeated observation: technical short-termism always ends up being paid for, in operating costs, in debt, in worn-out teams. I founded the firm in 2021 in Lille to step in upstream of that bill: diagnose, steer architecture choices, build when it is needed, with a network of senior experts mobilised to the size of the project.

What my clients notice most often: their real problem was not exactly the one they had framed. That is precisely where my work begins.
